Lifetime Budget

A lifetime budget is the total amount you let TikTok spend across the entire run of a campaign or ad group.

Instead of a per day figure, you set one pot for the whole schedule and TikTok spends against it until the end date. It fits time boxed pushes, a launch week or a holiday sale, where what you care about is the total rather than the daily rhythm.

TikTok does not spread the money evenly. It leans spend toward the days and moments it expects to perform, so a strong day can eat far more than an average one. The one promise is that by the end it will not go over your total. At the ad group level the minimum works out to your number of days times 20 rupees, so a thirty one day run needs at least 620 rupees.

Uneven pacing can surprise you mid flight. TikTok may spend heavily early or late chasing performance, so if you glance at day three and see the pot half gone, that is the system working as designed, not a fault.

You control the total, TikTok controls the rhythm.
