A Similar Audience, also called a lookalike, is a cold audience LINE builds by finding users who resemble a seed audience you supply.
You pick a source audience, usually a LINE Audience of converters or engaged users, and set a similarity size, typically from one to fifteen percent. A tighter percentage returns users closest to the seed with higher conversion probability but less reach, while a wider percentage trades similarity for scale. You use it to prospect beyond your own list without going fully broad.
A subscription app seeds a Similar Audience with its paying users and starts at three percent, then widens toward ten percent once the tight segment stops delivering enough volume at target cost.
The seed is the whole game. A lookalike is only as good as the list it copies, so a small, noisy, or low-value seed produces a weak audience no percentage setting can fix. Feed it your highest-value converters, not everyone who ever touched the site.
Garbage seed, garbage twin.
